Garment started selling laundry machinery in Boston in 1939, when commercial laundry was a relationship business because it had to be. A machine could not be sold and forgotten. Somebody had to size it, deliver it, install it, find parts, repair it, and answer when the room went down.
That is still how Garment works. The company serves laundromat owners, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, clubs, gyms, and other businesses that do not have the luxury of treating laundry as optional.
Customers stay when the person on the other end of the phone understands the machine, the building, and the pressure of getting laundry moving again.
We have kept New England's laundry moving since 1939.
